The Primorsky branch of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland”, where participants of the special operation and their families can receive full assistance, was opened in Vladivostok.
“The state was very responsive to the creation of this center, and the center’s management consulted with us on how, what and where to locate, what services we need, what we lack,” said Maksim Ananiev, a participant in the CWO.
The center is multifunctional, operates in “one-stop” mode. You can come here with any problem. They will help solve hundreds of problems – from medical and psychological assistance, to obtaining medicine, to retraining and employment, as well as spa treatments. All employees have received special training. Indifference is the main selection criterion for a job. Particular attention is paid to the families of fallen soldiers. Now the main task is to refine the mechanism of targeted assistance to fighters so that everything works like clockwork, without failures.
“If it comes from our president, then there won’t be such a bureaucracy as before in finding documents and executing them. And everything will be done directly. Help will be organized for the families of the wives and children of our deceased comrades, and this is no less important than helping an injured person, because a person is left alone with his grief,” said Konstantin Tikhonov, member of the NWO.
Vladimir Putin suggested creating such a fund in February this year during his speech to the Federal Assembly. And on April 3, a corresponding decree was signed. The president has called organizing long-term home care and high-tech prosthetics for all who need it a separate task.
Exercise machines, wheelchairs, rehabilitation equipment and even special utensils that people with disabilities may need have already been brought to this branch. They will work with those who apply personally: a curator will be assigned to each.
“Organizations like our foundation have never been created in our country. And we have a huge responsibility to organize personal social support for veterans of the Northern Military District and families of fallen soldiers,” said Anna Tsivileva, President of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.
The building itself is also cozy. This is a barrier-free environment for comfortable conversation with employees – dozens of windows are equipped. And small children can be left in the playroom, where the nannies will take care of them while the elders get busy.
The official opening date for fund branches is June 1. But this is not planned in the regions. So, today, in addition to Vladivostok, branches are opened in the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky regions, Kursk, Tambov, Nizhny Novgorod and other subjects.
