Gladkov’s message was a response to a video recorded by members of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), which invited Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov “for a dialogue” in the church in Novaya Tavolzhanka (a village in the Shebekinsky district ) in the morning.
