After login, go to the homepage and click on Proceed to Update Aadhaar. After this a new page will open. Then select the name change option and scan and attach the supporting documents. After that submit and select ‘Send OTP’ option. Then your mobile number OTP will come. Enter it. After filling OTP your name change application will be submitted.
