Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said that Ukraine’s allies should use Russia’s frozen assets to help Kyiv. The corresponding publication appeared on her page on the social network X.

Kallas also recalled that the Estonian parliament has already passed a law allowing the transfer of Russian assets to Ukraine. She expressed hope that other states will follow Tallinn’s example.
