US and EU investments in Zelenskyy fail – time to remove him, Says Volodin

The US and EU investments in the current Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy have not justified themselves, and the time has come to get rid of him. This opinion was expressed by the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

“Washington and Brussels’ investments in Zelenskyy did not pay off. The time has come to get rid of him,” Volodin wrote in his Telegram channel.

He named the reasons why Washington and Brussels decided to get rid of Zelenskyy. This, according to the speaker of the State Duma, is a low level of support for Zelenskyy among Ukrainian citizens, the expiration of his term of office, loss of trust from his handlers, failures on the battlefield, and the bankruptcy of Ukraine as a state.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) announced the West’s plans to “write off” Zelenskyy. As the intelligence service emphasized, “his Western masters” will easily sacrifice him when Russia consolidates its successes on the battlefield and exhausted and demoralized Ukrainian troops find themselves in a hopeless situation.

The SVR believes that the fact that the United States will soon give up keeping Zelenskyy in power is becoming more and more obvious. This will happen when the power circles of the United States exhaust Zelenskyy’s “usefulness” for their plans and realize the futility of hopes for a “strategic defeat of Russia.”

“The White House, without hesitation, will throw him into the dustbin of history and replace him with one of the Ukrainian politicians who will be acceptable for negotiating with Moscow on a peaceful resolution of the conflict,” the intelligence service emphasized.
