Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The Central Bank of Russia mentioned cases of transfer of mobilized debt collectors

smolnarod.ru Russia
The Central Bank of Russia spoke of cases when the debts of mobilized people were transferred to collectors. Alexey Guznov, vice-president of the Bank of Russia, told RBC editors about it.
Some of the complaints are related to the fact that when a citizen died or was declared dead, recognized as a disabled person of the second group, questions also arise. Especially issues related to long periods of consideration of relevant appeals of family members, and sometimes with the transfer of claims to collection agencies, the publishing house quotes its interlocutor.
Guznov called this unacceptable, noting that the debt had already been canceled by then, and the very fact of death had already ceased the need to collect the debt.

Earlier, Glavny Regionalny reported that one of the participants in the Bryansk terrorist attack was from the Yaroslavl region.
