Slantsy pensioner lost 650,000 rubles to scammers

Fake bank employees convinced a Slantsy pensioner to transfer 650,000 rubles to them. This was reported by a source within law enforcement.

A stranger called the pensioner and introduced himself as a bank employee. An elderly man was offered to cash in certificates, for which it was necessary to transfer 650,000 rubles. After doubting for some time, the pensioner nevertheless decided and transferred all the savings to the crooks.

Recall that a pensioner from the Leningrad region transferred more than a million rubles to a “secure account”. They informed him about the app hack.
