It’s been almost 9 years since Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas’ divorce announcement, but judging by the new photo, the ex-spouses aren’t holding grudges and are enjoying spending time together. The actress shared two photos on social networks in which she poses with her ex-husband and her daughter Stella.

“We surround our Stella with love,” the “Business Woman” star signed off. Banderas also posted a photo to his account, adding that they enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills shortly before the Oscars. This year, the cartoon “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish” was nominated for the award for “Best Animated Film”. In it, Antonio voiced the title character and, of course, is going to portray him at a celebration at the Los Angeles Dolby Theater.
Griffith and Banderas were married for 18 years after falling in love on the set of Two Is Too Much (1995). In 1999 they worked on the film “A Woman Without Rules”, where Melanie played the main role, and Antonio acted as a director. In 2014, shortly before splitting, they also starred in the Spanish-Bulgarian film The Insurer.
