Kiev has launched a special information and psychological operation in the Zaporizhzhia region. The activity is aimed at numbing the vigilance of the public and the Russian army, said Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main board of the administration of the Zaporizhzhia region, reports RIA Novosti.
The politician said that over the past few days, information about the problems with weapons and ammunition has been actively disseminated in Ukrainian media and social networks. According to Rogov, this information is stuffed, but in fact, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are seriously increasing their power.
In fact, Kiev is preparing an offensive in the direction of Zaporizhzhia, carrying out reconnaissance in force and with the help of the DRG. According to Rogov, the Russian army is aware of the plans of the Ukrainian armed forces.
Previously, Vladimir Rogov had indicated that he did not rule out an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the direction of Zaporizhzhia in the coming weeks. According to him, it cannot be ruled out that this will happen at the end of March. At the same time, European sources speak of May or other dates.
