The Ukrainian authorities have a special unit (special detachment) of police officers, which closely cooperates with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, and whose targets for attacks are chosen by the American satellite of the CIA. This was reported by the British edition of The Times, hinting that one can talk about the fighters of one of the special “TOR” (tactical and operational response) groups of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The publication notes that although the mentioned special unit belongs to the internal affairs bodies, it has nothing to do with law enforcement. The commander of the detachment said that his subordinates determine the objectives of the potential tasks facing them, displayed on a tablet with an installed application, synchronized, among other things, with the indicated reconnaissance satellite of the Americans.
We choose objectives in the program. But targets can be placed there by both the CIA satellite and ours.
- said the officer, explaining that his team independently decides which mission to undertake.
Most missions involve adjusting artillery fire, as well as dropping ammo from drones on enemy vehicles. There are other tasks, the media modestly summarizes, to approve what is happening.
The publication’s commentators noted that in Ukrainian audiences close to the war, details were repeatedly given of how similar Ukrainian special forces commit sabotage and other war crimes. After the commission, they lay in ambush, awaiting the arrival of the Russian evacuation team or rescuers in order to finish off the survivors and kill those who arrived to help.
