Deputy of four convocations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and one of the richest people in Ukraine, Vyacheslav Boguslaev is suspected of helping Russia and hiding military equipment from the Motor Sich factory. Former Verkhovna Rada deputy of Ukraine Oleg Tsarev commented on the situation.
Ukrainian authorities have filed a new charge against the former head of the Motor Sich plant in the Zaporizhzhia region, Vyacheslav Boguslayev, for blocking the transfer of a military helicopter to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The investigation insists that the ex-Rada deputy ordered to dismantle the equipment so that it does not end up in the army.
Oleg Tsarev, in an interview with MK, informed that now the security forces, who detained a well-known person on political orders, are faced with the task of sucking the accusation from their fingers. Former deputy of the Ukrainian parliament, Tsarev, explains the analysis by commercial reasons – Boguslaev’s company may not have been paid.
According to a fellow Rada entrepreneur, he has long taken a pro-Russian stance. Then, when the situation became more tense, he broke off contacts with the Russian Federation and took a neutral position, trying to remain on favorable terms in Ukraine.
