Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Russian Foreign Ministry urges investigation into Bucha events

Russia supports an independent investigation into the Buche events and asks the UN to publish a list of victims. This was announced during a briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
The diplomat recalled that Russia has not yet received a response to a request for a full list of victims at Bucha. Zakharova described the events in Bucha as a provocation aimed at disrupting the negotiation process between Russia and Ukraine.
In April last year, the Russian Defense Ministry said that during the period Bucha was under the control of the RF armed forces, not a single local resident was injured. The Russian Foreign Ministry post calling for an investigation into the Bucha events
