Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko believes that China can become a mediator in the negotiations on Ukraine.
The People’s Republic of China is likely to become a mediator between the participants in the Ukrainian conflict and act as an intermediary in the countries’ negotiations. This opinion was expressed by the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
– China may well (become an intermediary – TASS notes), Turkey – there are questions, they supplied Bayraktars. Therefore, this application may be rejected. And China – yes, – summed up the National Head of the Union State.

The statement was made during Lukashenka’s speech to the people and the country’s parliament.

Earlier, the “regional leader” explained why Russia covered Belarus with a nuclear umbrella. It is about the encroachments of Poland on the legitimate authority of the republic. The country believes that Svetlana Tikhanovskaya should lead the Republic of Belarus. Coverage by tactical nuclear weapons should reduce Poland’s eagerness to place its protege in Belarus.
