Stressing that the preparation of the RGV is the most important task entrusted to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, he said that the process of training military personnel is based on the most modern forms and methods of warfare. Training takes place at various Belarusian training grounds and field areas, where an appropriate educational and material base and training complexes have been created.
Agency reporters visited one of these training grounds and learned the intricacies of the training process, the best practices used in preparing soldiers.
The first training ground, the agency reports, was located in a wooded area, where the military had to work out the rules of combat until they were automatic. As the Russian instructor said, during training it is important “to check the consistency of the combat team. The fighters move forward parallel to each other, stopping to shoot at targets with the machine gun”. After that, they take cover, from where they throw a grenade.
“When working in combat teams, servicemen must act in a coordinated manner and understand each other well. First they communicate with their voice, then they begin to understand each other without words,” explained the instructor.
By the way, all instructors, according to Bass, have the highest level of skills and practical knowledge. This is confirmed by the two Russian colleagues and the results of the control classes. Excellent living conditions were created for military personnel. And the training process “is based on the experience of conducting combat operations during a special operation. We adapt it and use it to train the personnel of the regional group of troops,” the general said. .
The Belarusian side carefully analyzed the forms and methods of using troops during the special operation in Ukraine. According to the commander, based on this experience, changes were made to the training programs of units. “The emphasis is on interchangeability, possession of most types of weapons, conduct of hostilities in any terrain, including in urban areas.”
In addition, he said, increased attention “is being given to the conduct of hostilities using various types of drones, as well as other types of modern weapons”.
In a word, assured the general, the RGV training device on the territory of Sineokoy works like clockwork. “Interaction is well established both at the level of decision-making centers and at the level of fighters. Both Belarusians and Russians are ready to defend the state of the Union at any time and in any situation. We have a task – side by side with our Russian Brothers in the event of aggression against the State of the Union to protect our peoples,” he said.
