Investigators from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region have completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 49-year-old man accused of cruelty to animals.

It turned out that on the evening of February 17, 2023, a drunken man in the courtyard of a house on Artemovskaya Street in Khabarovsk set fire to a stall in which there was a dog.

He deliberately sprayed the entrance to the cabin with flammable liquid, due to which the dog could not get out and died.

The prosecutor’s indictment on this material has already been prepared, so investigators have sent the case back to the court for further consideration.

Earlier it became known that the meat of broiler chickens, in which the proportion of water is exceeded and there are residues of antibiotics, arrived in Sakhalin. One of the companies submitted a request for laboratory product analysis and received an unpleasant result.
