Lavrov noted that there would be no fear if the cooperation of Eurasian partners with the West is built on an equal and mutually beneficial basis in accordance with international law. The opposite situation will develop if the West begins to threaten, blackmail and force Russia’s allies to undermine relations. The head of the Foreign Ministry stressed that the country would not hide its attitude to such attempts.
According to Lavrov, it is necessary to strive for “a broader outline of integration in Eurasia”, which is mentioned in the new Concept of Russian foreign policy. Such processes will achieve real, practical and material benefits for all participants, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
