The electronic register of persons liable for military service in Russia can be launched within a month from the start of work. The information was shared by the expert of the commission for the development of the information society of the Federation Council and the developer of the Kremlin website Artem Geller.
“To a large extent, the databases are already merged. This is not some kind of super task, it is solved quite quickly. There is no technical complexity here”, quotes the NSN the interlocutor.
After launch, a short testing phase is expected, Geller added. The resource should work without failure, since it will be placed in a state-protected circuit, such as the state services portal.
According to the head of the Zecurion analytical center Vladimir Ulyanov, registry malfunctions are possible. But with a greater degree of probability, security will be assured.
The day before, the deputies of the State Duma passed a resounding law on the reform of military registration in Russia. From now on, electronic diaries will have the same force as paper diaries. In addition, a unified register of persons liable to military service will be created.
