From July 28 to August 8, the 31st World University Summer Sports Festival ie Universiade will be held in Changtu city of China. At the same time a unique attractive and amazing youth sports event will be presented to the whole world. Its 100 days countdown will start from 19th April. The 31st Universiade will be another world-class grand sporting event hosted by China after the Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics. It is also the first large-scale international comprehensive sports festival to be held in western China.
So far Changtu Universiade has obtained cooperation agreements with 71 sponsoring enterprises. Which has covered businesses like banking, communication, aircraft, textile, finance, internet, automobile, insurance etc. According to sources, Changtu Universiade will open a special “green channel” for Chongqing city, and provide efficient and high-quality competition support services for enterprises located in Chongqing. So that both cities can benefit from urban development on the occasion of the Universiade, and the Universiade can be better integrated with the local industry, culture and citizens. It is noteworthy that from the year 2022, a campaign has been launched to co-produce the Universiade and share the games in Changtu city. Many measures have been adopted simultaneously to benefit the people in the aspects of gymnasium, sports, culture and environment etc.
