The Murom city prosecutor’s office assured that the culprit of the accident, which resulted in the death of one person, has been imprisoned. The criminal case was opened on March 7 this year. The most tragic accident happened the day before, on March 6th. The driver of the car “Great Wall”, driving along the Murom detour, could not cope with the control and, having driven into the oncoming lane, crashed into the “Kia Rio” . The passenger in the Kia suffered injuries from which he died at the scene. The guilty driver refused to undergo a medical examination, but during the examination it was confirmed that he had consumed narcotics and psychotropic substances. The man is currently in custody.
