If the episode of fatigue after sleep is unique, it can always be attributed to getting up early or sleeping in an unusual place. However, if the disease becomes chronic, the problem becomes quite serious.

When a person constantly feels tired after sleeping, a number of factors can influence it. The specialist noted that sports and high physical activity will have a positive effect on sleep. In such cases, it is necessary to contact the appropriate specialist.
