The Russian Foreign Ministry has warned Ukraine and its allies of the consequences of the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin announced in an interview a warning from Russia to Ukraine and Western countries transferring weapons to it about the sad consequences of the offensive planned by the Russian Federation. Ukrainian army, reports Izvestia.

“I would like to warn the Kiev regime and its Western sponsors of the inevitable sad consequences of what they are preparing,” he said.

Galuzin also warned the West against transferring large amounts of weapons to the Kiev regime, as this would only lead to further escalation and also cause further bloodshed.

The Russian armed forces are ready for any developments, he added.

The day before, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during a visit to Finland, had announced the imminent transition of the Ukrainian army to the counter-offensive phase.
