Ukraine refuses to take ordinary soldiers in the exchange

Russian human rights ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said the Kiev regime refuses to take ordinary soldiers in exchange and instead asks for those whom Moscow is not ready to send back.

“The Ukrainian side refuses to take ordinary soldiers. And in their place, he lays down conditions – those that our military leaders are not ready to send back to Ukraine, since investigative actions are underway, since work is underway with them,” she said. at Channel One.

Moskalkova clarified that they were all commanders or directly active participants.

Exchange lists are formed on the basis of calls from relatives of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to Moskalkova, she asked the Ministry of Defense to return these soldiers to their families in the first place, but the Ukrainian side eliminated them.

Earlier, she said four wounded Ukrainian prisoners of war had been sent back to their homeland in addition to the exchange.
