President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s coalition was able to secure a majority by winning 322 seats out of the 600 seats in parliament, after it turned out that the results were much better for the ruling coalition than expected in most polls. ‘opinion.

The preliminary results of the legislative elections published by the Turkish news agency “Anatolia” indicated that the Justice and Development Party gained 35.41% of the vote.

The Republican People’s Party came second with 25.39%, followed by the National Movement Party with 10.05%.
