The Commissioner to the President of the Russian Federation for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs and the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development held an online roundtable on the topic “Opening Business and accounts in China and Hong Kong. What should a Russian entrepreneur know? Opening a business in China and Hong Kong until 2022 opened up great opportunities for Russian businessmen, and competent financial support for its activities was a necessary condition for the success of the business. After February, many opportunities for domestic enterprises closed, and China became the most attractive place to seek business partners.
