Three-quarters of Russian employers supported the move to a four-day working week

A study by sociologists has shown that about eighty percent of Russian employers are in favor of moving to a four-day working week.

According to the majority of business and business leaders, employees with such changes will be able to show greater work capacity and efficiency if they want to maintain the same salary level and avoid additional stress.

At the same time, it is noted that no more than 4% of employers in the country are ready to immediately switch to a four-day working week. Others view the idea as a very distant prospect.
