Submit a Product
The Eastern Herald welcomes product submissions from manufacturers, brands, authorized representatives and public-relations teams. We consider submissions for editorial relevance and whether a meaningful, evidence-led evaluation is possible.
What to include
- Product name, category and official product page.
- Manufacturer or brand name and the product’s current retail price and market availability.
- Key specifications, features and claims, with supporting documentation where available.
- Launch date, relevant model or version number and geographic availability.
- Product access details, including whether it is offered as a loan, sample or purchase reimbursement.
- A contact person and business email for follow-up questions.
- Any proposed commercial arrangement, clearly described separately from editorial consideration.
What happens next
The editorial team may request additional information, decline the submission or consider the product for future coverage. Submission does not guarantee testing, a review, a publication date or a particular verdict. We may not be able to respond to every pitch.
Editorial independence
No fee or product sample can purchase a positive review. Paid evaluation or production arrangements, where offered, must be defined in advance and do not grant a brand control over editorial conclusions. Material relationships are disclosed in line with our Disclosure Policy and Editorial Policy.
