Italy: 107,699 positive in Italy, 25,085 dead and 54,543 recovered

The total number of people who contracted the coronavirus in Italy on April 22 is 187,327, with an increase compared to yesterday of 3,370 new cases. The total number of currently positive is 107,699, with a decrease of 10 assisted compared to yesterday. The Civil Protection makes it known.

Of the currently positive 2,384, they are being treated in intensive care, with a decrease of 87 patients compared to yesterday.

23,805 people are hospitalized with symptoms, with a decrease of 329 patients compared to yesterday.

81,510 people, equal to 76% of the currently positive, are in isolation without symptoms or with mild symptoms.

Compared to yesterday, 437 more died and bring the total to 25,085. The overall number of those discharged and recovered rises to 54,543, with an increase of 2,943 people compared to yesterday.

In detail, there are currently 34,242 positive cases in Lombardy, 13,084 in Emilia-Romagna, 15,122 in Piedmont, 9,991 in Veneto, 6,167 in Tuscany, 3,476 in Liguria, 3,230 in the Marches, 4,463 in Lazio, 2,998 in Campania, 1,874 in the Autonomous Province Trento, 2,874 in Puglia,

1,308 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 2,287 in Sicily, 2,108 in Abruzzo, 1,512 in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 371 in Umbria, 833 in Sardinia, 821 in Calabria, 501 in Valle d’Aosta, 232 in Basilicata and 205 in Molise.
