US presidential elections: Joe Biden’s victory forecast is improved

The forecast now shows that the Democrat is likely to become the next master of the White House

Five weeks before the presidential election in the United States, analysts at The Economist believe that Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s chances of winning are higher than incumbent President Donald Trump, who was nominated by the Republicans.

According to the forecast, analysts give Biden an 85% chance of winning the election and a 97% chance of winning a general vote. Over the week, the Democrat’s chances of winning have grown by one percent.

An analysis of poll data, economics, and demographics to predict U.S. elections in 2020 shows that Biden could get 333 electoral votes . This is one vote less than seven days ago.

To win the presidential election, a candidate needs to get 270 votes out of 538.

Analysts believe Trump will receive 205 votes.

But for Trump, the forecast is still disappointing. Analysts give him only 15 percent to win in the electoral college and three percent to win in the national vote.

Joe Biden is confidently ahead of Donald Trump by 8% in polls at the national level. By Honor, 90 percent of voters have firmly decided for whom to vote in the US presidential election. Sociologists also found that seven out of ten respondents believe that the upcoming debate between Biden and Trump is not so important in deciding on the vote.

Note that Biden has never lagged behind Trump at the national level since he announced his US presidential nomination.
