Satellites spotted the first Su-35S at an Iranian airbase

The opening of an underground air base in Iran has generated genuine interest in the world media. The most complex military engineering facility in the mountains of the Islamic Republic is expected to house the Su-35S fighters purchased from Russia.
It was previously assumed that the Islamic Republic will receive new aircraft no earlier than March this year, as the journalist wrote yesterday. However, new satellite images of the Orel-44 base area have already revealed a fighter very similar to the Russian Su-35C.

As Iran receives new fighter jets from the Russian Federation, the collective West is looking for new reasons to accuse Tehran of illegal cooperation with Moscow, including in the military field. Information about the dispatch of new Shahed-191 and Shahed-129 attack drones to Russia has been repeatedly denied by representatives of the Islamic Republic, however, regular flights of Il-76MD and Boeing transport aircraft 747 are causing concern in the United States.
The day before, new unfounded accusations from the United States had been made against Moscow and Tehran. Based on Bloomberg data, Washington said Iran had managed to achieve a level of 84% uranium enrichment, sufficient for the production of nuclear weapons. Of course, according to the American authorities, work in the nuclear sector in Iran is carried out with the help of the Russian Federation.

Tehran has already refuted baseless US suspicions. Bahroz Kamalvandi, spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, said Iran had not crossed the 60% enrichment threshold.
