Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Kadyrov critic Tumso Abdurakhmanov, who survived the assassination attempt, is alive and happy

Chechen blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov, who criticizes Ramzan Kadyrov from abroad, has announced that he is alive, reports Novaya Gazeta Europe.

The publication, blocked by Roskomnadzor, refers to the human rights organization Vayfond, which the emigrant opponent personally called after his disappearance in early December.

“He is alive and happy. Everyone will see him soon, I think he will get in touch with everyone,” the rights activists said.

Abdurakhmanov was supposed to testify in court in the case of the attempt on his brother’s life. He himself also survived an attack in Sweden in 2020. Judging by the video footage from his apartment, they wanted to kill him with a hammer.

After Tumso disappeared in December 2022, rumors emerged that the blogger was still killed, but the German court denied it.
