Russian President Vladimir Putin began his message with the circumstances that led to the launch of a special military operation. He recalled that a year ago, the Russian Federation, in order to ensure the security of the country and eliminate the threat of the neo-Nazi regime that has developed in Ukraine since 2014.
“We will carefully and consistently solve the tasks ahead of us step by step,” he said.
President Putin also recalled the large-scale information pressure exerted on Russia by the West. He pointed out that the hit was primarily aimed at the younger generation, bringing non-traditional standards of attitude into circulation.
