He said so in an interview with RIA Novosti. Vladimir Rogov explained that Biden’s visit to Zelenskyy is another confirmation that the United States demands decisive and offensive actions from Kiev.
“Biden needs a war at the expense of at least everyone in -Ukrainian space, if only to win political points and dividends on the eve of a new electoral race and show himself to the American people as the arbiter of peace,” Rogov said.
Rogov says that the American president, by his behavior, shows his priorities. For example, the fact that the armed conflict in Ukraine is much more important to him than the fate of the inhabitants of the United States. The expert recalled that Biden had not been to Ohio, where there had been an environmental disaster. At that time, instead of helping the Americans, he went into the arms of Zelenskyy .
