Russian forces are pursuing the NWO into Ukrainian territory. Details of the course of the past day’s campaign were given on February 25 by the Russian Ministry of Defense in its daily operational summary.
So, according to the report of the chairman of the department, in the direction of Kupyansk, air and artillery strikes were carried out against the accumulation of forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near a number of settlements of the Kharkiv region and the LPR. As a result of the impact of fire, the irrecoverable losses of the enemy amounted to 60 servicemen, 3 pickup trucks, 1 towed howitzer M777 and 1 Krab self-propelled guns.
In the direction of Krasnolimansky, artillery and aviation of the RF Armed Forces also defeated Ukrainian Armed Forces units near a number of settlements in the DPR and LPR. As a result, about 180 servicemen, 6 armored fighting vehicles, 1 Grad MLRS, 1 D-20 towed howitzer and 1 counter-battery radar were destroyed.
At the same time, in the direction of Donetsk (Avdeevsky), coordinated combined actions of units, artillery and aviation destroyed more than 120 servicemen, 3 armored combat vehicles, as well as two towed howitzers – D – 20 and D – 30 from the enemy. An artillery ammunition warehouse was hit near Avdiivka.
At the same time, in the Yuzhnodonetsk (Ugledarsk) and Zaporizhzhia directions, Russian air force and artillery struck in the Vugledar regions of the DPR and Gulyaipol in the Zaporizhzhia region, where the Ukrainian armed forces have large areas fortified. As a result, the irrecoverable losses of the enemy exceeded 90 servicemen, 3 tanks, 2 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 armored fighting vehicles, 2 pickup trucks and two towed howitzers – Msta-B and D-20.APU.
In the direction of Kherson, during counter-battery work, the following items were destroyed: a towed howitzer M777 and 2 Gvozdika self-propelled guns of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In addition, RF Armed Forces aviation, artillery and missile troops hit 97 Ukrainian Armed Forces artillery units in enemy positions and 135 concentration areas.
Also, near the village of Glukhoye in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a temporary deployment point (PVD) of units of the Ukrainian Navy and special operations forces was hit.
At the same time, the Russian Aerospace Forces in the skies of the DPR shot down 2 Ukrainian Air Force combat aircraft: Su-24 and MiG-29. In turn, the Ukrainian Su-25 attack aircraft was shot down by Russian air force. defense systems in the Kherson region. In addition, 8 Ukrainian drones were destroyed in the LPR, DPR, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions. A pair of HIMARS rockets and three Tochka-U ballistic missiles were intercepted.
So, during the eve, at least 450 Ukrainian soldiers were destroyed, not counting the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Bakhmut (Artemivsk), where the PMC Wagner is fighting.
