Embarrassing moment on the red carpet – I hadn’t forgotten that the journalist made fun of him in elementary school

An embarrassing moment that unfolded on the red carpet in Hollywood drew a lot of attention, but it was an event to promote actor Michael B. Jordan’s latest film, which is called Creed III.
Journalist Lore’l who works for the radio station Morning Hustle introduced Michael there and noted that they had attended the same school in the past. Then Michael said, “I was the bad guy, wasn’t I?”
Michael was possibly referring to a recent podcast Lore’l did where she remembered meeting the actor in elementary school and how he showed up at school with pictures of himself, trying to introduce oneself.
Lore’l tried to defend herself and said she didn’t say someone must have misunderstood her.
“I heard it, I heard it, but it’s okay.” What are you saying?” Michael said then.
Lore’l denied calling him ugly but said she made fun of his name because his name was Michael Jordan, which is also the name of a famous basketball player who was popular when they were going to school.
Lore’l didn’t let that put her off and continued the interview, then ended it with – “Well, you’re not sloppy anymore”
However, Michael didn’t seem ready to laugh at these memories and was quick to avoid them.

When you make someone the butt of your jokes in high school then you have to interview them on the red carpet of their movie:
