The death toll reached 62 people.A ship carrying immigrants from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran crashed one kilometer off the coast in the Calabria region, where the migrants were due to disembark. The boat broke in two, unable to withstand the elements.The Coast Guard is currently trying to rescue the survivors. Managed to pull 80 people out of the water. Among the dead were 20 children. The number of victims of the tragedy can reach a hundred. Security forces have already arrested two suspects who organized the theft and coordinated the activities on board.
