However, the latter must be soaked in water before use. This action increases the bioavailability of iron, transmits NEWS.ru nutritionist words.Ordinary milk can be replaced with vegetable milk. And instead of meat, it is worth including a soy analogue in the diet. It will serve as a source of protein and B vitamins. It is also necessary to eat vegetable oils and nuts. By including all of these foods in the diet, fasting people will be able to avoid vitamin and nutrient deficiency, Kruglova concluded.
