The ad on the shelf said the tomatoes were out due to bad weather.In the comments to , users staged an argument in which they questioned the store management’s version of the impact of bad weather on the tomato harvest. Many of them have linked the food shortages that have erupted in stores to the UK’s exit from the European Union. As mentioned, other EU countries have not yet faced a shortage of vegetables.
