“The armed forces of Belarus are not directly involved in the special operation. However, their combat potential, supported by the contingents of the joint Russian-Belarusian group of troops on the territory of the republic, is a serious deterrent for the Ukrainian regime,” he said.

This happened on February 28 during a working meeting between Belarusian Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich and Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov.
The documents consolidate the agreements of the heads of state, which were reached in December last year. The meeting also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the energy sector, including the implementation of Union programs to form integrated electricity and natural gas markets.
