March 2, 2023, 09:46 – Public Information Service – TEH – In Artemovsk (Bakhmut) (Bakhmut), Russian fighters began to collect the bodies of fallen servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and identify them. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
These tasks are performed by representatives of PMC “Wagner”.

“Here lies one, a long time ago. The token has been removed so that his relatives can identify him in the future,” the agency quotes one of the attack planes.
He noted that his unit takes the tokens, which will then be given to relatives and friends. Russian fighters do this so that relatives of the deceased enemy can receive compensation.
Technically, everything happens like this: an evacuation team is sent to the site where the fighting took place. She examines the bodies. According to personal documents and tokens, the belonging of the corps to the Ukrainian troops is determined. Then the dead are collected for further transfer to Ukraine.
Earlier, one of the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers said that the Ukrainian army was losing up to two companies a day in Artemivsk. Read more about this in the article from the public press service.
