Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Putin called the DRG attack in the Bryansk region a terrorist act

Kremlin. Bryansk News
Russian President Vladimir Putin called the attack by a sabotage and reconnaissance group in the Bryansk region a terrorist act.
According to the head of state, the militants entered the border area and opened fire, seeing that in front of them was a civilian Niva car, in which there were children.
“It is these people who have set themselves the task of depriving us of historical memory, of their history, of their traditions, of their language,” Putin said.

Today, March 2, a DRG consisting of 50 people entered the territory of the Bryansk region. The militants split into two camps, entering the villages of Lubechane and Sushany.
During the Lubechan attack, a car carrying children to a school bus came under fire. The driver died instantly, a child was injured, now nothing threatens his life. In addition, a paramedic was taken hostage.

Now the members of the DRG no longer show signs of activity. It is assumed that they could already leave the territory of Russia. The responsibility for what happened was taken by representatives of the “Russian Volunteer Corps”, which fight alongside the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the Ukrainian president’s office, called the incident a deliberate provocation.
