The Russian Interior Ministry has put the alleged organizer of the attack on the villages of the Bryansk region on the wanted list. The referral to Ilya Bogdanov, 34, is in the intruder database. It is not known whether he appeared before or after the attack.
The wanted person’s card indicates their date and place of birth, as well as their nationality and sex. The reason for the search is indicated: “wanted under the article of the penal code”. However, it does not specify what the specific crime is. The attacker’s contact details can be shared by phone: +7-902-480-86-19.
Until 2014, Ilya Bogdanov was an employee of the FSB border service. Then he left the service and joined one of the Ukrainian national battalions.
During the attack on two villages in the Bryansk region, two men were killed and a child was injured.
