A resident of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) : Dozens of bodies of Ukrainian soldiers lie near the city

Dozens of bodies of Ukrainian soldiers lie unburied in the vicinity of Artemivsk. This was reported to RIA Novosti by an evacuated resident of the city Yuri Marchenko.

He entered a group of residents of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) , delivered to Donetsk on Friday. The soldiers of the PMC “Wagner” evacuate civilians from the liberated areas to the territories controlled by Russia.

“Over there, in the forest, we have two forests, and we went around these forests – dozens of them lying around, dozens. And I ask the guys (the Wagnerians – the editors): “Who is it, ours or those?” “Yes,” he said, “those ones.” Dozens lie in the forest.

Earlier, Wagner PMC founder Yevgeny Prigozhin said that Artemovsk (Bakhmut) was in fact surrounded. Several Ukrainian units on the eve requested permission from the command to leave the city. And on Tuesday, CNN aired an interview with a representative of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He admitted that the situation in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) is much worse than the official Ukrainian authorities say.
