Women in the education sector were congratulated on the upcoming March 8 holiday in Bryansk, the press service of the regional parliament reported.
The honoring of school mentors, middle school teachers, kindergarten teachers and method room specialists was held at the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity of the Regional Governor, named after Yu.A. Gagarin. Outstanding representatives of the profession were noted with acknowledgments and certificates of honor. And the region’s creative teams have prepared a concert programme.
Many warm words were addressed to the heroes of the occasion. So, in his speech, the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Duma, Vladimir Pronin, pointed out that the room contains the “golden fund of the Bryansk school”.
“And this is not an exaggeration – teachers of the Bryansk region constantly confirm their high class at the All-Russian level,” he said.
It should be added that 2023 has been declared the Year of the Teacher and Mentor in Russia.
