Specialists from the personnel block and the Youth Council of the branch of the PJSC “Rosseti Center” – “Yarenergo” participated in the job fair of the Yaroslavl Automotive College. The event was organized for high school students finishing their studies in the fields of electrical energy, automobile mechanics, computer profiles.
At a meeting with potential employees, representatives of Yarenergo talked about areas of work, vacancies, social guarantees, youth council activities and career prospects. Each year, the branch offers the possibility for students of specialized specialties to carry out an internship with the possibility of subsequent employment.
The meeting with employers in this format was held for the first time at the college. The “Job Fair” brought together representatives of the HR departments of the largest organizations and companies from various industries in the region.
