Hungary is trying to take the position of a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. At least in public, its leaders claim that Ukrainian doctors are trained for humanitarian purposes.
Earlier, the Hungarian authorities assumed that the end of the conflict in Ukraine is possible only in the case of direct negotiations between Russia and the United States, without intermediaries.
