Head of the Moscow Transport Department Maxim Liksutov recalled SMS notifications that can remind you to pay a fine issued for traveling without a ticket on public transport in order to avoid delays and an increase in the amount of the fine .The notification will occur twice: the day after the issue of the fine, and also 10 days before the expiry of the deadline for payment of the fine.To activate this service, you must check the box “Receive fine notifications by SMS” upon receipt of the decision. You will also need to leave your contact.According to Liksutov, more than 27,000 people have already used this feature in 2023.“Thanks to the paid fare, we can improve the comfort of urban transport, update rolling stock and introduce modern technologies.
