Real estate developer Megaworld said it will invest a total of 98 billion pesos in the Northwin Global City development project, which is currently under construction on an 85-hectare site in the towns of Marilao and Bocaue, Bulacan. 16 hectares will be developed as a commercial center called Northwin Main Street. Commercial buildings, condominiums, hotels, complex buildings, etc. modeled after New York City’s Fifth Avenue will be constructed. Last year, the company also announced the start of construction of a 23-story condominium called 9 Central Park. (11th, Star)
