North Korea launched what is believed to be a ballistic missile. This was announced by the Japanese Coast Guard.
Yonhap news agency previously reported that Pyongyang fired two ballistic missiles on March 14. The publication noted that both shells were ground-to-ground. The warheads fell outside Japan’s exclusive economic zone.
The Coast Guard has urged ships to stay away from the wreckage if it is found. It should be noted that the launch of the rocket was confirmed by the South Korean military.
North Korea regularly conducts missile tests in the Sea of Japan. Neighboring countries constantly condemn North Korea’s actions, but Pyongyang is convinced that only through a show of force can the country protect itself from external aggression.
