The Ukrainian Armed Forces are fully preparing for the offensive. This was stated during one of the online broadcasts by the former adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich.

The base of the group will be military personnel who have been trained at training grounds in the UK and EU.
