The Ministry of Justice issued the weekly real estate bulletin, as the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from March 5 to March 9, 2023 amounted to 275 million and 113 thousand and 38 Qatari riyals.

The bulletin showed the most expensive 5 real estate among the 73 properties that were sold during the past week. A 3,841-square-meter vacant land was sold in the Al-Sadd area in the Doha municipality, at a value of 35,556,290 million riyals, equivalent to 9,257 per square meter. A commercial building with an area of ​​960 square meters was also sold. In the Ain Khaled area in Al Rayyan municipality, at a value of 26 million riyals, which is 27083 riyals per square meter, while a residential building of 1244 meters was sold in the Fereej Abdul Aziz area in the Doha municipality, at a value of 12 million riyals, equivalent to 9646 per square meter.

The bulletin also indicated that a house was sold in the Lusail area of ​​​​Al Daayen municipality, with an area of ​​1126 square meters, at a value of 11,300,000 riyals, equivalent to 10036 per square meter, and a house was sold in the Al Wakra area in the municipality of Al Wakra, with an area of ​​​​2205 square meters, at a value of 11 million riyals, equivalent to 4989 per square meter.

The bulletin also showed the cheapest 5 real estate among the 73 properties that were sold during the past week. A 480-square-meter vacant land was sold in the Al-Ruwais area in the North Municipality at a value of 608.705 riyals, equivalent to 1268 per square meter. A 435-square-meter vacant land was also sold in the Al-Ruwais area. Al-Ruwais in the municipality of Al-Shamal at a value of 740,000 riyals, which is 1701 riyals per square meter, while a commercial building was sold in Mansoura in the municipality of Doha, with an area of ​​276 square meters, at a value of 800,000 riyals, equivalent to 28986 per square meter.

The bulletin also indicated that a 151-square-meter vacant land was sold in the old airport area in the municipality of Doha, at a value of 900,000 riyals, equivalent to 5960 per square meter, and a residence was also sold in the Umm Ghuwailina area in the Doha municipality, with an area of ​​155 square meters, at a value of 1,055,000 riyals, equivalent to 6506 per square meter.

The weekly bulletin issued by the administration stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, and commercial buildings.

Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Shamal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira.
